A moment in Time swimming pool

WALT: we are learning to write in first person

One day I went to QEll with my family. As I got out of the car we went to the counter got a red wristband. Then once we got a wristband we went into the changing rooms. After we got changed me and my dad onto the hydroslide. Once the red light turned green, some water shot out behind us! It started to move the boat forward. It was scary going down the pitch black tunnel. After 2 minutes some light came into our vision. Then it became brighter and brighter then we were in a giant ball! Water started to spray at us and suddenly we turned around backwards and went into a black tube. Then we came out the back of the tube. It was really fun!

 these are my duffy books that took a long time to get. I got a limited edition thor book. I also got a book called ninja kid five. I have red all of the ather books in the series.

king cobra

  WALT write a life cycles. I really liked doing this post on king cobra. did you know that king cobras are not the most dangerous snake, the anaconda is?

King cobras find or sometimes dig a hole in the ground to lay their eggs. The adult king cobras guard their eggs with their lives. If any predators come near the hole they will charge at it. Most of the time the adults will die and the eggs will get eaten.

King cobras are an egg for 60 - 80 days then they hatch. Sometimes the first king kobra to hatch eats the other eggs that have not hatched yet. Young cobra are deadlier than adult ones most baby king cobra eat the same things as adult ones do. Sometimes the adult king cobras eat the egg if they can not find food.

Adult king cobras hunt for mice and eggs for food. Then they hunt for their rest of their lives to live for 15 more years. When they are 15 years old they are as long as a full grown person.Then they get bigger. then their fangs get bigger. After 10 years they can mate and lay eggs. 

Bill Haast was the first person known to survive a king cobra bite.

King cobra can kill komodo dragons.

If they bite you, you will die within 15 minutes.

my made up creature called ya foot

WALT make a made up creature  I had so much fun making this.

This is my made up creature called ya foot. It  is so fast that you can not even see it moving. Ya foot is so aggressive that the dinosaurs went extinct because ya foot killed them all.Not the meteor.

trip to the super market

WALT 

 On tuesday room one went to pak,n save with the school and my mum. It was so busy  that almost all of the parking spaces were gone so that is why we had to walk for a few minutes. When we walked to the front brittany told us to find every day foods and accasanal foods. So my group ran to the ceril ile and started to look for the coco pops because that cereal is very unhealthy. SO we writ down the energy, sugar, fat, sodim, and fiber. Next we looked around the aisle then we saw some miny weet bix so we did that as the everyday food. After we did the ceril we went to the bread aisle. First we looked at the natural grain bread and it was healthy so we put it down as healthy and then we looked at white bread and it was unhealthy. Did you know that more foods are unhealthy then healthy?
